For Property Managers
Can I add board members or admins?
Yes. Here's how to invite teammates, control permissions, and manage who can post or award.
Yes. You can add as many board members, fellow managers, or admins as you need — and you can control what each one is allowed to do.
Roles available
| Role | Can view projects | Can message | Can post | Can award | |---|---|---|---|---| | Admin | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | | Manager | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | — | | Board member | ✓ | ✓ | — | — | | Viewer | ✓ | — | — | — |
Only Admins can invite new teammates or change roles.
Step-by-step
-
Go to Team settings
Open your dashboard and click Settings → Team in the top-right menu.
-
Click "Invite teammate"
Fill in their name, email, and pick a role from the dropdown.
-
Send the invite
They'll get an email with a link to join. The link expires in 7 days. Until they accept, the invite shows as "Pending" on your team list.
-
Adjust roles anytime
You can change a teammate's role or remove them entirely from the Team page. Changes take effect immediately.
Notifications by role
By default, every teammate gets notified for new bids and messages. Each person can adjust their own notification preferences under Settings → Notifications.
Best practice. Add board members as "Board member" role — they can read everything and weigh in, but only managers/admins can post or award. Keeps the chain of command clean.
